They are a good channel for workout tips.
The tips i know are
1 Drink lots of water!!!
2 When you work out try to get an hour a day
3 It helps if you do it with a friend or with music
4 Do crunches to get that perfect stomach for bikinis
5 Don't stress over a diet, eat a meal then a snack then a meal a snack and a meal and drink water,milk,and juice. NO SODA!!!!!
6 You can eat desserts like ice cream but 1 or 2 a week is enough!
7 And lastly don't over work yourself, it takes time to lose weight. Don't give up!!! You can do it : )
