or

a review of something i have which might take 2 -3 weeks so i can decide what to get a nd get it shipped and have time to try it out.

Favorite Summer Items:)

Of course when summer comes around you want to be outside and walk around.  Your not gonna ware you cutest outfit or it might get dirty so i would:

a spagetthi strap tank top any color of your choice
then a white baggy tank top over it- not with the thin straps!!!!!
Denim Shorts
A pair of flipflops with anything on them
and grab your favorite necklace
then for makeup:
mac sheen supreme lip stick
any mascara will do as long as its waterproof
and then so foundation but do not put a ton of eye shadow just a little and dull like brown or tan!!! The colors will blend and look awful!!!!Thx

They are a good channel for workout tips.

The tips i know are

1 Drink lots of water!!!

2 When you work out try to get an hour a day

3 It helps if you do it with a friend or with music

4 Do crunches to get that perfect stomach for bikinis

5 Don't stress over a diet, eat a meal then a snack then a meal a snack and a meal and drink water,milk,and               juice. NO SODA!!!!!  

6 You can eat desserts like ice cream but 1 or 2 a week is enough!

7  And lastly don't over work yourself, it takes time to lose weight. Don't give up!!! You can do it : )

Things that need to leave:(

Crocs- Does it really need an explanation???
Leggings as pants- They look really bad!!
The sunglasses that have the lines like shutter shades is what i think there called.
Long skirts that have the shirts tucked in- really???!!!!
and i think when you tie up your shirts you should tie them on the side not the back or front i think it looks weird and finally do not wear neon shorts with a bright t-shirt it hurts other peoples eyes.

 I found that out the hard way... : )
